European court of human rights upholds Frances ban on

Three years ago France banned the headdress that is custom to women in Islamic culture.  Well as of recently the European court of human rights has upheld their ban.  The union said the ban is a legitimate attempt to preserve the norms of Frances diverse society.  So once again a different country is facing criticism for its regulations against Muslim customs.
